About The Position
We’re hiring a Senior HVAC Design Technician to lead the design of industrial HVAC and process exhaust systems for advanced facilities including semiconductors, data centers, and manufacturing environments. This is a hands-on role for an experienced designer who can work independently and make an immediate impact.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 8+ years AutoCAD experience
- 4+ years Revit experience
- 5+ years industrial HVAC/mechanical design experience
- Strong knowledge of IMC and U.S. mechanical codes
- Ability to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Experience in semiconductor, data center, or cleanroom environments
- Associate’s or technical degree
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC/mechanical system design, layout, and routing
- Develop P&IDs, plans, and construction documents
- Support projects from concept through detailed design
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with mechanical codes and standards
