This role involves supporting and executing key HR functions with a focus on employee relations, recruitment and talent acquisition, staff development, and organizational engagement. The Senior Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Human Resources, driving initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, improve workforce effectiveness, and support operational excellence. This position requires a trusted business partner who builds and maintains collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders, ensuring HR services are aligned with business needs and delivered with a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness. This role will collaborate closely with the Compliance, Communications, Benefits, and Health Services departments to ensure alignment across all HR functions while not holding direct oversight of those areas. The individual in this role is expected to lead with professionalism, accountability, and a people centered approach that reflects Triumph Foods' core values.
