Requirements

  • 7 or more years of Human Resources experience, with a significant portion spent in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • A minimum of an Associate degree in Human Resources or Business (Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred)
  • Proven mastery of Microsoft Excel (above average skills) and the ability to manage complex data and reporting
  • Professional experience navigating multi-state employment laws and managing full-cycle benefits programs
  • A stable, reliable work history that demonstrates technical reliability and career commitment
  • A service-oriented mindset with the empathy to meet employees where they are while maintaining professional standards
  • Being a US citizen or Green Card holder
  • Having a residence within a 45-minute drive of Oshkosh, WI

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
  • Experience with ADP HRIS

Responsibilities

  • Drive high-level employee and staff relations, serving as the primary point of contact for performance management, conflict resolution, and complex HR investigations
  • Lead total rewards and benefits administration, managing annual renewals, pricing strategies, and open enrollment while ensuring seamless support for new hires
  • Optimize HRIS systems and administrative compliance, overseeing ADP data integrity, state agency inquiries, and payroll/recruiting backup for multi-state operations
  • Foster a collaborative work culture by coordinating company-wide engagement events, monthly meetings, and safety programs to maintain a "people-first" environment
