About The Position

Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist position to join the HR team. This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive human resources support across the organization. The ideal candidate will assist in multiple aspects of HR, including onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration and training programs. This role will be responsible for maintaining HR processes and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Consult and Support the Business Interface with employees and management for issues and inquiries which relate to assigned groups. Provide informed HR consulting and execution to leaders to ensure that their talent strategy, goals and priorities are driven by business needs and aligned with the firm’s Talent Agenda; Provide HR advice and expertise Leverage subject matter experts from across the HR function as needed; Support the business with organizational change and development as necessary, influencing leaders to address complex organizational design issues where required for business success Collaborate across the organization on the alignment of administrative processes and initiative related to the efficiency of operations (budgeting, headcount monitoring/tracking, etc.) Create and provide ad hoc reporting, data management/tracking of key HR metrics. Analyze and present relevant reports back to the business. Develop HR presentations on key HR data or HR-related materials. Talent Management Support HR Director in the annual talent practices, including performance management, talent review, goal planning and promotion; Help execute the business group Talent Agenda, including engagement, development, recruiting, and diversity priorities and objectives; Partner with HR Director and business managers to assess, define and execute the development needs of assigned businesses; Provide expert counsel and coaching to support business leaders and employees in their roles and with their own professional development; Employee Relations & Support Partner with legal counsel and Senior Management in the identification, escalation, risk mitigation and resolution of employee relations issues; Lead execution of identified ER issues in assigned groups. Provide coaching to managers on performance management and disciplinary actions. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner with Talent Acquisition and work with Management to ensure delivery of effective hiring and resourcing plans, attracting the most talented, skilled and diverse workforce by cost effectively leveraging TCH’s strong employer brand. Manage full-cycle recruitment as needed. Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into The Clearing House team

Requirements

  • 5 + years HR Generalist experience, preferably in the financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree; course work in specific areas of HR expertise preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise and experience serving in a consultative capacity to senior business leaders
  • Experience working across cultures and in a matrixed environment strongly preferred
  • Experience working across the various HR disciplines including compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, Company benefits, Employee leave(s), and talent management.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
  • Ability to execute firm-wide talent initiatives with excellence in a fast paced, corporate environment; commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
  • Experience with HR reporting with experience analyzing and presenting findings and reports back to the business as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
  • Experience managing a variety of employee relations issues across locations
  • Proficiency with windows applications and Workday required
