About The Position

The Senior Human Ressources Generalist is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and programs are effectively implemented and aligned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-site environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to HR service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the administration of benefits programs and respond to employee questions.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
  • Support employee relations by helping resolve workplace issues and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives in partnership with L&D.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership review.
