The Senior HR Business Partner will support Human Resources initiatives, both tactical and strategic, that address the business needs of FUJIFILM Biosciences. This role is responsible for creating trusted relationships at all levels of the organization and play a key role in driving several HR programs and processes. Areas of primary focus include performance management, employee development and coaching, employee engagement, employee communications and talent management including onboarding and mentoring. The Senior HR Business Partner must also possess knowledge and expertise in the areas of compensation, job analysis, HRIS systems and policy guidance.
