About The Position

Full Circle is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support a sizable clinical workforce within a highly regulated environment. This role serves as a strategic advisor to operational leadership, with a strong focus on organizational development, labor relations, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
• Proven experience supporting represented workforces in complex organizations
• Strong organizational development, project management, and change leadership skills
• Experience in regulated, people-intensive environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders and frontline managers
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives
• Support unionized employee groups and navigate multiple collective bargaining agreements
• Partner on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws
• Collaborate with internal HR centers of excellence (TA, OD, Comp, Benefits)
