Global Relay is seeking a highly hands-on Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our US-based teams within a fast-paced, regulated SaaS environment. This role is responsible for owning and executing the full employee lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. This is a true operational HRBP role requiring both strategic partnership and direct execution. The HRBP will independently manage employee relations, performance management, compensation actions, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and high-quality employee experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a lean environment, takes ownership, and is comfortable executing both tactical and strategic HR responsibilities.
