Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Senior HR Business Partner is a key strategic advisor to leadership, helping shape people strategy, organizational development, and change management across all manufacturing operations. This role plays an important part in aligning HR initiatives with business priorities and ensuring teams have the structure, talent, and support needed to thrive. The Sr. HRBP builds strong, trusted partnerships throughout the organization while promoting a culture that reflects the company’s values and long-term vision. Acting as a connector across HR functions, this role supports critical areas such as onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent assessments, succession planning, and engagement/retention.
