About The Position

At MRI Software, our HR Business Partners are senior, strategic advisors to business leaders, responsible for translating MRI’s Global Talent and GTM strategies into commercially grounded, high - impact people outcomes across an assigned region or function. In this role, the HRBP will be supporting our Global Innovation Group led by our Chief Innovation Officer. Operating in a PE - backed, high - growth SaaS environment , this role partners with VP - level and senior leaders ( L2+) to enable growth, transformation, and organizational effectiveness at pace. Lead HRBPs operate with a global - first mindset , balancing enterprise consistency with appropriate regional or functional nuance. As part of a globally integrated HRBP team , this role shares accountability for global priorities, standardized ways of working, and enterprise outcomes. The role blends enterprise thinking with hands - on leadership across the employee lifecycle, including talent strategy, organizational design, wo rkforce planning, performance, engagement, and succession. While the role has no direct reports, it carries significant influence through leadership coaching, strategic challenge, and contribution to global transformation initiatives . POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: As a senior member of the Global HR Business Partner team, the Lead HR Business Partner drives business performance by enabling sound talent decisions and accelerating transformation outcomes. Partnering with senior leaders, the role translates strategy in to action, shapes organizational choices, and balances growth, capability, and cost. Operating with autonomy and commercial judgement, the Lead HRBP orchestrates the Talent ecosystem to deliver scalable, enterprise - aligned impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in senior HR Business Partner or equivalent HR leadership roles within complex, global organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders on decisions impacting growth, cost, productivity, and operating leverage.
  • Experience supporting organizations through periods of rapid scale, global expansion, or operating model maturity.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and influence outcomes in ambiguous, high - stakes environments.
  • Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Demonstrated credibility and influence with technical, commercial, or product - led leadership teams.
  • Experience contributing to the design and evolution of enterprise talent frameworks, not solely local implementation.
  • Working knowledge of compensation, performance, succession, and workforce economics in scaling environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable leveraging data and insights (in partnership with People Analytics) to inform decisions.
  • High tolerance for pace and ambiguity, with a pragmatic, outcome - focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in matrixed, multi - region or global environments.
  • Experience partnering closely with COEs, Shared Services, and cross - functional stakeholders to deliver scalable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high - growth, PE - backed or scaling technology/SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development preferred.
