The Senior Human Resources Analyst provides advanced analytical, policy, and program support for the District’s human resources function. This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining job descriptions and classifications, supporting labor relations through research and analysis, drafting and updating personnel policies and procedures, and developing organization-wide HR processes and guidance. Working under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Senior Human Resources Analyst ensures consistency, compliance, and alignment across HR practices, collective bargaining agreements, policies, and operational procedures. This role serves as a key resource to leadership and HR staff by translating strategic direction into structured, defensible, and sustainable HR infrastructure.
