The purpose of this position is to serve as a senior-level Human Resources partner responsible for managing complex HR operations, ensuring multi-state compliance, conducting investigations, and mitigating organizational risk. This role provides hands-on execution and expert guidance across all core HR functions, with particular emphasis on employment law, employee relations, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The Senior Human Resources Generalist oversees and executes day-to-day HR functions while serving as a subject matter expert in employment law, investigations, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This role supports a geographically dispersed workforce and requires deep knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, with preferred experience in Western and Northeastern U.S. jurisdictions. The Senior HR Generalist operates with a high degree of autonomy, exercises sound judgment in sensitive situations, and partners closely with HR leadership and operational teams to ensure consistent, compliant, and fair application of HR practices.
