Senior HubSpot Platform Consultant Job Overview Be the mastermind behind solving our clients' most intricate HubSpot platform challenges as a Senior HubSpot Consultant. You'll architect complex solutions, guide platform consultants, and be a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success and driving growth. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your contributions are rewarded. This role is fully remote and reports to the Director of Client Services. Please note: This role is a contract position for 4 months starting March 1, 2026 with the potential for a full-time position at the end. We are accepting applications but will not schedule interviews until the week of January 5, 2026.

  • Lead and Mentor a Team of HubSpot Consultants: Empower and guide a team of consultants, fostering their growth and development. Delegate tasks strategically to leverage individual strengths and ensure project success.
  • Drive Solutions for Complex Client Challenges: Analyze client needs, design and implement tailored HubSpot solutions, and document processes clearly and comprehensively.
  • Champion Client Success: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks to ensure they achieve their business goals.
  • Foster Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and stay informed about HubSpot updates and new features. Share your knowledge with the team and clients, identifying opportunities to leverage new functionalities.
  • Elevate the Team: Share your expertise and insights to mentor and upskill platform consultants, contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience customizing and configuring marketing automation or CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Support Operations.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate complex challenges into actionable processes and requirements.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and client-facing experience.
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for teamwork.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience as an end-user in a marketing automation or CRM platform.
  • Ongoing professional education opportunities
