Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field of study plus eight (8) years of related experience required.
  • Five (5) years of experience must include: HR Technology, HRIS, Innovation & Analytics; Enterprise HR; Associate Central (AC) Success Factors (HR, Onboarding); AC Replication; Lyric; Global View; Security Management, HR Contact Table, NetSecure; Focal Planning; Reporting and Integration Architectures; Cloud Integration; Common Data Layer; ADP Compensation Planner, ADP Compensation Viewer; e-Time; Web Services, including API, SOAP, REST; G2, SFTP/MFT; Xml, JavaScript/Groovy, SQR, SQL; Integration Centre; and Platform as a Service (PaaS).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing ADP HR applications landscape with the HR Technology Team to define the target picture and the transformation roadmap.
  • Work with business users in design sessions to ensure the technical and functional requirements are met.
  • Define system strategies for client.
  • Translate functional to technical requirements and communicate to the process teams the technical capabilities of the selected solution.
  • Evaluate new systems and coordinate with the other infrastructure managers to formulate detailed plans to add new systems to the existing core Infrastructure.
  • Technical design of HR application solutions that impact cross-application functionalities, providing creative solutions to enhance efficiencies in workflow-based business processes.
  • Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration.
  • Prepare storyboards, journey maps and/or data flow diagrams to articulate system understanding.
  • Develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, functional mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction or control tables.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to understand and translate business strategies into requirements that facilitate the HCM application strategy and services envisioned by HR.
  • Perform configuration tasks, including Foundation, Employment objects, Cloud Based applications, Employee profile and assist in the testing of configurations to satisfy requests for fixes, changes, enhancements, and compliance.
  • Technical involvement in Implementation, Integrations, Migration, Upgrades, Production Support of Enterprise Human Resource, Global View, Associate Central systems and rollout, ideally internationally handling complex Data Mapping and Migrations.
  • Maintain system integration functionality, including review of integration specifications and development suggestions, troubleshoot integration issues, execute system audits for validation and compliance.
  • Setup and test Product ADP Lyric, understand, and apply HRIS methodologies.
  • Develop/oversee Technical Data Preparation and Migration from one system to another in multiple applications.
  • Responsible for transitioning solutions from project delivery to an operational model coordinating with the Operations team.
  • Prepare and present test plan, technical presentations, and analyst briefings.
