You will serve as the organization’s technical subject matter expert for Workday by configuring advanced functionality, optimizing system performance, and ensuring data quality across HR processes and will lead complex reporting, integrations, testing cycles, and security governance to support effective and compliant system operations. You will also partner with cross-functional teams delivering scalable solutions that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and decision‑making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, IS, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years’ Workday configuration experience across multiple modules
  • Experience supporting dashboards/analytics and building calculated fields
  • Experience leading UAT/regression and resolving complex issues
  • Demonstrated expertise in Workday technical configuration, including business processes, calculated fields, and integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; testing and documentation discipline
  • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Project experience in a technical role on one or more HR ERP implementations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Configures and optimizes standard and complex Workday components (business processes, calculated fields, integrations) across multiple modules
  • Develops standard and advanced reports and enhance dashboards; manages complex calculated fields
  • Leads and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression cycles for releases and annual HR events; creates and maintains test scripts, documentation, and defect logs
  • Creates and validates Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs) and mass data loads; ensures data integrity and audit readiness
  • Diagnoses and resolves all tier level issues; performs root-cause analysis and implements corrective actions
