A Brief Overview The Senior HRIS Analyst plays a key role in the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This includes leading and/or performing system implementations, configurations, modifications, and integrations to ensure HRIS processes and data management align with business needs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, management of HRIS-related projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency are essential. The role also drives the design and development of reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across HR functions. Additionally, the Sr HRIS Analyst provides advanced user support, troubleshoots system issues, conducts training sessions, and ensures compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
