About The Position

In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to support business objectives and enhance the employee experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate organizational needs into system requirements, implement process improvements, and provide expert guidance on HRIS functionality. This position requires strong analytical skills, the ability to handle complex data, and the capacity to lead projects independently while driving efficiency and system adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure HR systems meet evolving business demands. The role combines technical expertise, business insight, and a collaborative approach to elevate HR operations and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HRIS or HR technology experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative data principles, with the ability to identify trends and make recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex HRIS projects throughout their lifecycle, managing significant impact and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Conduct data analysis and build models to identify trends, inform decisions, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements, process improvements, and new HR software as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for HRIS functionality, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables that support leadership decision-making.
