About The Position

As the Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Corporate), you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to FreshDirect's corporate leadership team. You'll play a critical role in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational transformation, and strengthening leadership capability across corporate functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years partnering with senior leaders in a corporate or multi-functional environment.
• Proven success driving leadership development, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives.
• Exceptional coaching, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and leverage insights to guide decisions.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment, discretion, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth.
