The Senior HR Systems Manager, Workday role is a dynamic, working manager role responsible for leading a team of Compensation, Payroll, and Time Tracking analysts while driving the design, implementation, and maintenance of Workday solutions to meet organizational needs. Reporting directly to the Director of Workday Solutions, this role will also support Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures (MA&D) work and play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership, and HR systems knowledge to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of Workday solutions across the organization.
