The Senior HR Project Manager – HR Digital Platforms will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of critical HR digital initiatives, with primary ownership of Payroll (ADP) and Time & Attendance (SAP) platforms. This role sits within the Human Resources team and serves as the primary bridge between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑centered HR technology solutions. This individual will be responsible for end‑to‑end project leadership , including requirements gathering, roadmap development, delivery governance, testing coordination, and post‑implementation optimization. Strong project management discipline and experience operating in complex, cross‑functional enterprise environments are essential.
