About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Product Analyst, HR Systems to join the growing Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team! This is an exciting opportunity within our HR Governance and Employee Relations Product Organization to help establish a world-class HR Employee Relations/Labor Relations Services Team and deliver new experience through process & technology. The Senior Product Analyst will deliver compelling and integrated HR technology solutions and ensure alignment to HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices. An ideal candidate is a hands-on, proven contributor with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. This candidate should have knowledge of the project tasks required to deliver solutions leveraging both in-house and SaaS-based applications (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow). Candidates must have a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (partners from COE business partners, HR, Legal, Technology, and Risk) and possess strong interpersonal skills. In this role, you will: Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Influence and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, logic diagrams, requirements documents, and user experience flows Maintain capability-specific, vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including the configuration and development of new features, deploying enhancements, as well as creation and execution of test plans, user acceptance and regression testing Work with user groups to resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed to execute projects with quality and on-time Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Labor Relations in Unionized Spaces (CBA & Negotiation)
  • Experience in Workday, specifically Core HR (i.e. onboarding, offboarding, change readiness, etc.)
  • Strong Project & Time Management along with Product Management knowledge
  • Compensation and Advance Compensation is a plus
  • Workday, ATS, CRM, SaaS automation experience is a plus

Responsibilities
