Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with deep HR Operations expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong HRIS proficiency and comfort with core office tools
- Expertise in employee relations, LOA/accommodation frameworks, and multi‑state U.S. employment law
- Proven ability to design, scale, and operationalize HR processes
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually
Nice To Haves
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP certification
- Experience in regulated industries—healthcare or medical devices strongly preferred
- Background in shared‑services or tiered HR support models
- Experience managing third‑party LOA/compliance vendors
- Experience supporting multinational teams (Canadian experience a plus)
