About The Position
STABLE and GROWING company is looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to two of their manufacturing plants. SUMMARY: - Will lead an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to a total of 200+ employees at two of the company’s non-union manufacturing plants - Will work closely with plant leadership - Coach and mentor the HR Generalist
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience
- HR experience in manufacturing plants or similar industrial settings
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Strategic and hands-on
