About The Position

This role is focused on enhancing employee experience and driving retention across a fast-growing clinical workforce. You will act as a trusted advisor to practice leaders, supporting them in building strong team cultures, navigating employee relations, and implementing scalable HR operations. The position involves strategic oversight of workforce metrics, hands-on management of the employee lifecycle, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership. You will analyze data to identify turnover trends, develop actionable solutions, and ensure compliance across multiple states. Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting clinical populations or multi-state healthcare operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience building and scaling HR processes in fast-growing organizations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret retention and workforce data to inform strategic decisions
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and partner with leadership
  • Experience managing full employee lifecycle processes, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive retention initiatives by analyzing turnover data, conducting stay interviews, and creating actionable plans to improve engagement and longevity
  • Partner with practice leaders to provide guidance on team management, goal setting, and culture development
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, lead investigations, and resolve conflicts to ensure a fair and compliant workplace
  • Oversee HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, offboarding, and alumni relations
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and professional development programs for clinical staff and new managers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies
  • Establish SLAs and KPIs for HR operations to ensure timely, high-quality support for all employees
