We are seeking a dynamic and people-centered Senior HR Leadership Development Program Manager who is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving leadership and management development programs that strengthen Agape’s leadership pipeline and align talent development with organizational strategy. Partnering closely with senior leaders and HR, this role drives performance management, succession planning, high-potential development, and a unified leadership culture grounded in the Agape Leadership Way. Key Focus Areas Performance management, 360° feedback, succession planning, high-potential development, engagement programs, leadership competencies and job families, and the design and certification of the Agape Leadership Way.
