About The Position

We are seeking a part-time to full-time Senior HR Generalist to join our home care team in support of our Illinois and Indiana Offices. This role will primarily be responsible for recruting and administrative support. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or experience
Strong knowledge of recrutiing best practices
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Paycor, WorkforceNow, or similar systems)
Ability to handle confidential information
knowledge of state and federal employment laws (including FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA)
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing,m and onboarding
Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
Maintain applicant tracking system
Maintain and update employee data in HRIS system, ensuring accura y and integrity
Generate reports and analytics as needed
Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations
Serve as primary point of contact for employee benfit related questions.
