We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Beauty and Nutrition divisions in the US. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with senior leaders, while working hand-in-hand with our global People team to deliver a consistent, high-performance people agenda. This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, confident operating at senior level, and comfortable balancing day-to-day business partnering with longer-term organisational impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner (or equivalent) supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, commercial environment
  • Strong grounding in US employment law and employee relations
  • Experience partnering with multi-disciplinary leadership teams across complex or matrixed organisations
  • Comfortable operating autonomously while staying tightly aligned with a global People strategy
  • Commercial mindset — you understand how people decisions impact growth, margin, and execution
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence at senior level and build trusted relationships quickly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer, retail, beauty, nutrition, e-commerce or brand-led businesses is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders across Beauty and Nutrition, acting as a trusted advisor on all people matters
  • Support leaders through growth, change, and performance conversations with clarity and confidence
  • Drive key people priorities including org design, workforce planning, performance, talent, engagement, and succession
  • Lead and support complex employee relations matters with sound judgement and strong employment law knowledge (US-focused, with global awareness)
  • Translate global People frameworks into practical, locally relevant solutions for the US business
  • Work closely with our global People Centres of Excellence (Talent, Reward, L&D, People Ops) to ensure alignment and pace
  • Use data and insight to inform decisions, challenge leaders constructively, and improve outcomes
  • Play an active role in building a strong, values-led, performance culture across your divisions
