The Human Resources (HR) Advisor Senior Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team to create, drive and implement the seamless delivery of strategic HR services to the Foundational Services & CISO senior leadership team. This role will support a global population in partnership with HR Business Partners and HR Discipline teams, providing advisory to Senior Leaders and driving human capital activities related to enterprise change initiatives. Responsibilities: Deliver expert HR consulting in areas such as talent management, organization effectiveness, reductions in force, and employee engagement, while proactively shaping talent strategies, leading transformation, aligning HR partners and HR Discipline teams to drive integrated and efficient execution. Serve as a key strategic business partner to senior business line management, focused on recommending, developing, and executing overarching human capital priorities and comprehensive business and people agendas. Develop talent strategies and lead transformation change through proactive, scaled influence, partnering across HR to enhance efficiencies and client experiences. Lead the development, attraction, and retention of talent, including assisting in the design of industry-leading leadership teams for assigned groups (e.g., Foundational Services & CISO). Support leaders in developing talent and teams in line with organizational principles (e.g., FIT principles). Recommend staffing levels and ensure compensation and development programs are aligned to support the organization's needs. Develop, direct, and implement HR strategy, including policy interpretation, for assigned client groups (e.g., Foundational Services & CISO) while adhering to enterprise-wide guidance. Anticipate, evaluate, and respond appropriately to developments in local and international environments impacting HR policy, and identify and resolve complex and varied HR issues. Partner with HR heads across the enterprise and HR discipline teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions that contribute to overall Citi business objectives and enable the business to evolve with marketplace and customer needs. Lead and/or manage multiple teams of HR professionals to accomplish established people priorities, oversee key HR initiatives (e.g., performance evaluations, hiring, workforce management, and disciplinary actions), and influence HR professionals to achieve organizational goals. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervising the activity of others and creating accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
