About The Position

Liaison Technology Group is seeking an experienced Home Integration Technician who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering exceptional results. This role is for a hands-on professional who combines technical expertise with critical thinking to design, install, and commission high-performance home technology systems that wow clients the first time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field experience in low-voltage/home integration
• Expertise with platforms such as Crestron, Control4, and Lutron
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead in the field
• Willingness to travel as needed, on a very limited basis

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audio/video, lighting, shading, and control system installations
• Design, install, and troubleshoot advanced networking and multi-room A/V systems
• Commission projects in collaboration with programmers
• Mentor and train junior technicians
• Maintain best-in-class workmanship and jobsite professionalism
