Play an essential role in the quality and safety of patient care, performing a wide range of procedures that assist our providers with the diagnosis, treatment and management of patients and their health needs. We are seeking a Senior Histology Technician – Surgical Pathology to: Provide daily direction to laboratory staff with regard to laboratory policies and procedures and serve as the dedicated resource for procedures, equipment and education. Serve as a comprehensive provider of laboratory testing, expert medical interpretation of specimens and innovation in laboratory technology Develop and maintain teaching / training materials. Coordinate work-flow throughout the laboratory to ensure quality results are reported in a clinically useful time frame.
