HealthPartners is hirng a Senior Real Estate Specialist. The Senior Real Estate Specialist serves as a key subject matter expert and primary contact for all real estate contracting activities within an assigned portfolio for HealthPartners. This role is responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing contract terms, conditions, modifications, and incentives, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The position oversees the full contract lifecycle, including execution, issue resolution, dispute mediation, and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, the Senior Specialist coordinates and implements a comprehensive property management program across HealthPartners’ facilities, ensuring cost-effective operations and high-quality clinical and office environments. The role also supports strategic real estate initiatives for HealthPartners and its affiliates, partnering closely with senior leadership to facilitate planning, negotiations, and implementation of both existing and new space needs. Proficiency in regulatory requirements and compliance standards—such as STARK and Anti-Trust regulations—is essential.
