People and Culture/Learning and Development The People and Culture (P&C) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Our P&C team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where P&C functions are limited to administrative oversight, our P&C professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. Position Overview This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Quincy, WA; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA or remotely in the US. Vantage is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Health & Safety Training Specialist to design, implement, and lead a comprehensive global Health & Safety (H&S) learning program from the ground up. This role is ideal for a senior professional who can blend strategic vision with hands-on execution: curating and developing content, managing programs, and facilitating training as needed. Reporting to the Director of Learning Design & Operations, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring our employees are empowered, informed, and compliant with all safety and health standards across our global organization.
