About The Position

Job Summary: Conduct the programing tasks on large RWE projects to a level suitable for peer reviewed publication in medical journals or regulatory review under the guidance of senior collaborators. What you will contribute: Implement full-scale projects, including: Working with internal and external stakeholders to scope and plan project work Conceptualizing, coding, and delivering analytic products end-to-end Applying appropriate statistical techniques Identifying and interpreting meaningful insights from analysis Ability to execute custom research projects independently and/or lead full project execution with junior staff Communicate complex ideas, methodologies, and results to clients and other stakeholders Contribute to the development and promotion of Best Practices within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Technical / Business experience Required
• 4-7 years relevant work experience
• Candidate must be strong in SQL and SAS, and have experience using EHR data as well as multiple different sources of claims data across a range of therapeutic areas.
• Experience with data visualization, line of therapy analyses, using custom linked datasets, and measuring awareness campaign effectiveness.
