About The Position

As a Senior Health Center Manager, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in advancing Planned Parenthood’s mission: “Advancing and protecting sexual and reproductive healthcare for all.” You’ll lead a high-performing, dedicated health center team, drive operational excellence, and champion equitable access to care across your service area. In this senior role, you’ll be a catalyst for change, fostering innovation and mentoring emerging leaders within the organization. Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in business, human services, public health, nursing related area, or 4 years equivalent experience
  • Six years of progressively responsible leadership experience or a combination of relevant experience and education to equal six years
  • Three years’ previous work experience managing other supervisors or team leaders
  • Work experience in health services
  • Hepatitis B vaccination records
  • Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) vaccination records or proof of immunization
  • Tuberculosis PPD Skin Test that is no older than 12 months
