The impact of this role includes driving the successful development of complex, PCB products by coordinating cross-functional teams from conception through fabrication. Requirements

7+ years of professional experience designing high-speed, reliable circuits involving complex, multi-layer advanced technology printed circuit boards (PCBs).
Prior experience with Signal Integrity (SI), Mechanical Computer-Aided Design (MCAD), Manufacturing (MFG), Contract Manufacturing (CM), and Fabrication (Fab) development processes.
Prior experience using Cadence Allegro PCB design software, version 17.4 or later.

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex PCB design issues effectively.
Experience working in cross-functional teams to develop and prepare test procedures for PCB functionality verification.
Proven experience reviewing and recommending improvements for existing and New Product Introduction (NPI) PCB designs.
Experience of common PCB design rules and constraint management.

80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
