About The Position

At Klaviyo, we empower creators to own their growth. The Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations team exists to proactively deliver intelligence, scalable operations, and enablement to efficiently maximize revenue and customer experience. Within this organization, the GTM Transformation team accelerates our ability to deliver on Klaviyo’s ambitions. We transform ambiguous, high-stakes problems into clear decisions, sequenced execution, and lasting change across people, policy, process, and systems. We are looking for a Senior Transformation Lead to serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership. This is a high-impact role that operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will not just manage projects; you will act as the operational engine for specific high-stakes initiatives, helping shape the solution, align executives, and drive the rigorous execution required to turn high-level strategy into reality. Whether you are orchestrating a market expansion or redesigning a core business motion, you are the bridge that ensures our strategy actually works in the field.

Requirements

  • 8+ years relevant experience, ideally blending management consulting (strategy/structure) with in-house Business Operations or Program Management (execution/reality).
  • A Transformation Practitioner: You've led cross-functional business changes from start to finish. You bring rigorous planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation to ensure complex initiatives stay on track.
  • Strategic yet Hands-on: You can present a roadmap to a VP one hour and dig into the details of a process flow with an analyst the next. You are not afraid to get into the execution details to unblock the team.
  • A Master of "The How": You don't just identify what needs to change; you are expert at figuring out how to get it done in a complex organization. You can move a program forward even when there isn't perfect alignment.
  • Strong Executive Presence: You communicate clearly and concisely. You can synthesize complex updates for senior leadership, highlighting decisions and risks without getting lost in the weeds.
  • AI-First: You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work more efficient and impactful.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Execution on Company-Level Objectives: You will partner with senior executives to orchestrate critical workstreams within Klaviyo’s highest-priority OKRs. Whether it is supporting our upmarket shift to Enterprise or operationalizing our International growth, you will own the rigorous execution of the specific, high-visibility programs that make these strategies a reality.
  • Lead End-to-End Business Transformations: You will act as the primary lead for complex process transformations (e.g., revamping Forecasting, Quote-to-Cash, or Territory Planning). You will own the lifecycle from the initial problem definition through to solution design and build, and the transition to steady-state ownership. You will explicitly look for opportunities to shift low-leverage execution into AI-augmented workflows, ensuring our teams spend less time on administration and more time on high-value strategy.
  • Design Scalable GTM Operating Models: You see process not just as workflow, but as the infrastructure for growth. You will diagnose root causes in our current GTM motions and design future-state models that align with our Long Range Plan (LRP), ensuring we are built to scale efficiently.
  • Navigate Complex Stakeholder Dynamics: You will operate in the "messy middle" where Strategy meets Operations. You will align conflicting priorities across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Systems leaders, facilitating the difficult tradeoffs required to move from a high-level goal to a committed plan.
  • Frame Ambiguous Problems: You will take ownership of "blank sheet" problems. You excel at cutting through noise to clearly define the root problem, scoping the work, and creating structure where none exists.
  • Bridge Strategy and Technical Execution: You are the translation layer between business intent and technical build. You will define clear, robust business requirements that allow our Systems and Ops teams to build effectively, ensuring we solve the business problem rather than just configuring a tool.
