As Delinea continues to scale, we're looking to bring on an experienced a Senior GTM Recruiter for a 6 month contract to support our immediate hiring needs across GTM. This short-term but high-impact role will focus on driving the recruitment of top-tier talent across Sales, Customer Success, Channels, and Sales Engineering . This role is Remote in the United States, you'll partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to accelerate our GTM hiring efforts during a critical growth period. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who can ramp quickly, deliver results, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with a strong focus on Enterprise SaaS Sales and GTM roles .
  • A proven ability to hire across Sales, Customer Success, Channel Sales, and Sales Engineering functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and delivering under tight timelines.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. and Tech Sales talent markets, hiring trends, and compensation norms.
  • Available to start quickly and commit to a 6 month contract term.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across GTM roles, from strategic sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close.
  • Regional hiring partnerships : Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Sales Engineering leaders to understand hiring priorities and execute against aggressive timelines.
  • Targeted sourcing : Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber, passive candidates across GTM functions
  • Candidate experience : Ensure a seamless, engaging, and timely process that reflects Delinea's brand and values.
  • Market insights : Provide data-driven hiring updates, pipeline visibility, and market intel to help shape hiring decisions.
  • Brand support : Contribute to GTM talent attraction efforts and promote Delinea as an employer of choice in the region.
