About The Position

As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Growth Product Designer to improve the sign-up and purchase experience for Noom Med on our Growth Optimization team. This role will help launch and iterate on high-impact growth experiments, lead UX improvements, and influence scalable design practices that directly support acquisition and retention. Requirements

5+ years of in-house or agency design experience, preferably at a fast-paced startup.
B2C growth design experience preferred, with a strong grasp of experimentation and hypothesis-driven iteration.
A portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong UX fundamentals, a bias for action, and measurable business impact.
Comfort with data and metrics, and a curiosity for learning quickly through testing and iteration.
Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with freemium strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with PMs and designers to shape, design, and execute A/B tests and product rollouts.
Conduct UX/UI audits and identify quick wins for design-led improvements.
Drive strategic design initiatives to elevate user experience and improve key growth metrics.
Expand our design system with components tailored to growth use cases.
Establish cross-functional UX collaboration strategies with product, engineering, and research.
Contribute to a culture of feedback, mentorship, and design knowledge sharing.
