About the team & opportunity We're looking for a Senior Product Designer for our Growth team. You'll be helping solopreneurs and small teams increase their discovery and engagement with key new products, like our AI Notetaker and contact management experience, in a meaningful way. As a key team member, you’ll be shaping the user experience for millions of users, designing simple and intuitive experiences that improve our users' day-to-day work. We believe that great design starts with talking with our users and that the best solutions come from interdisciplinary collaboration. You’ll be part of Calendly’s incredible Design team, collaborating with Product Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers. A day in the life of a Senior Product Designer on the Growth team at Calendly This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working in our San Francisco office 2 times per week. On a typical day, you will: Design hypothesis-driven experiences focused on understanding and improving activation funnels across the product Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to understand user habits and needs Drive discovery work to uncover hidden insights on user behavior Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, content designers, design systems, and researchers to improve and refine the Calendly experience Effectively communicating your design approach with strong storytelling, to inspire and align the cross-functional team to move in new directions.
