Rockstar New York is on the lookout for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager for our Live Services Marketing team. The person in this role will develop strategic and innovative global marketing plans for Red Dead Online and Grand Theft Auto Online. The preferred candidate is knowledgeable about performance and growth marketing, self-motivated, curious, a critical thinker, and a team player. You will work closely with other members of the marketing team including creative services, owned and operated channels, paid media, and marketing analytics. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years working in performance or paid growth marketing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, or business administration.
  • Experience setting up & optimizing different aspects of the marketing funnel.
  • Experience moving large audiences (millions) through complex customer journeys.
  • Consistent track record of scaling revenue.
  • Confirmed history of successfully delivering strategic marketing initiatives, ideally for other live services products.
  • Strong analytical skills — ability to quickly digest complex data scenarios, perform analysis, and identify trends to support business decisions.
  • Strong creative vision – ability to develop creative and messaging that aligns with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Ability to interpret, articulate, and present campaign results to varying audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous professional experience working with gaming or entertainment services.
  • Avid gamer with passion for Rockstar Games titles, deep knowledge of GTA Online and Red Dead Online.

Responsibilities

  • Find opportunities based on marketing analytics, player behavior, community sentiment, and product roadmap to develop marketing strategies and deliver campaigns that support growth and healthy, long-term enjoyment of our live service titles.
  • Establish reliable reporting frameworks to measure performance against target goals, use insights to inform continued optimization across all lifecycle stages.
  • Deliver measurable gains in engagement and monetization through campaigns and continuous optimization.
  • Handle leadership approvals.
  • Socialize campaigns across teams for visibility and alignment including ingesting and implementing feedback.
  • Brief and develop campaign creative and messaging with creative services and editorial teams.
