About The Position

FELFEL is New York’s newest food-tech scale-up, reinventing how people eat at work. Our chef-created smart fridges and barista-quality coffee bring NYC’s best culinary offering directly into offices — fresh, curated, and refilled daily. We’re looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed, and empathic growth leader to help us scale FELFEL in the U.S. You’ll own and operate our entire digital acquisition funnel — from execution to analytics to optimization — with the goal of driving tastings, pipeline, and new customer growth. This is not a people-management role. You’ll work hands-on in a small, senior team together with a content creator, a team lead, and a brand advisor. You will personally design, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end and report directly to the VP Growth (US). Ultimately, you are responsible for delivering the quality lead generation goals that you define together with your team lead — month after month.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation (ideally B2B, SaaS, food-tech, or startup)
  • A true full-stack marketer — comfortable defining strategy and building campaigns yourself
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, GA4, GTM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools
  • Obsessed with experimentation and optimization — every click, form, and ad is a learning opportunity
  • Analytical, curious, and biased toward action
  • Energized by ownership — you like building the machine, not just running it

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute FELFEL’s digital growth roadmap across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Own and optimize our annual digital marketing budget across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta
  • Build and run a strong experimentation framework: messaging, creative, landing pages, and audience tests
  • Work closely with our content creator to develop high-performing, on-brand messaging
  • Architect and continuously improve conversion flows from awareness → tasting → partnership
  • Run A/B tests across website, email, and ads to improve MQL and SQL conversion rates
  • Partner closely with Sales to refine qualification logic and ensure clean, reliable data in HubSpot
  • Build and maintain dashboards and attribution models using GA4 and HubSpot
  • Turn insights into action — adjust spend, creative, and targeting based on performance
  • Own key funnel metrics: CPL, MQL → SQL, ROI
  • Own FELFEL’s Squarespace website: performance, UX, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Collaborate with design and content to maintain a premium yet high-converting brand experience
  • Make sure FELFEL is on top on Chat Gtp and similar tools
  • Create and optimize HubSpot workflows for lead nurture, retention, and reactivation
  • Build segmentation, lead scoring, and automation systems that drive qualified pipeline
