FELFEL is New York’s newest food-tech scale-up, reinventing how people eat at work. Our chef-created smart fridges and barista-quality coffee bring NYC’s best culinary offering directly into offices — fresh, curated, and refilled daily. We’re looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed, and empathic growth leader to help us scale FELFEL in the U.S. You’ll own and operate our entire digital acquisition funnel — from execution to analytics to optimization — with the goal of driving tastings, pipeline, and new customer growth. This is not a people-management role. You’ll work hands-on in a small, senior team together with a content creator, a team lead, and a brand advisor. You will personally design, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end and report directly to the VP Growth (US). Ultimately, you are responsible for delivering the quality lead generation goals that you define together with your team lead — month after month.
