As Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Mid-Market & Enterprise Advertisers) at Nextdoor, you’ll lead the strategy and execution to convert mid-market and enterprise prospects into high-value, long-term advertisers on our platform. You will design and own a full-funnel growth engine across multiple paid channels and lifecycle programs. In this role, you’ll build and scale a high-impact demand and lifecycle marketing function from the ground up. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics to define our ideal customer profiles, generate high-quality pipeline, and systematically improve conversion and retention of advertisers.
