About The Position

Passes is a rapidly growing tech platform designed to help creators pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and connect deeply with their communities. Founded in 2022, Passes is building the infrastructure that powers creator businesses across content, commerce, and fan relationships. As we scale, organic discovery is a critical growth lever. Creators need to find Passes when they are researching tools, and fans need to find Passes when they are searching for their favorite creators. This role is foundational to making that happen. We are hiring a Senior Growth Manager to help drive growth across the entire funnel at Passes. This is a senior, highly hands-on role for a true generalist and builder. You will be responsible for testing new acquisition channels, improving conversion rates, building referral and word-of-mouth programs, and creating new growth loops. We are not looking for a deep specialist in one channel like paid ads. We are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves, work across channels, and find big new growth unlocks through experimentation, systems thinking, and execution. This role has a strong AI and automation component. The ideal candidate is constantly experimenting with new AI tools, workflows, and emerging technologies to move faster, test more ideas, and create leverage.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in growth, product growth, product management, engineering, or experimentation-focused roles.
  • Proven track record of shipping experiments that drove meaningful growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data.
  • Technical enough to build things yourself and collaborate deeply with engineering.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools, automations, or technical workflows to drive impact.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at early-stage startups or 0–1 products.
  • Experience building or scaling referral programs or growth loops.
  • Strong automation skills across no-code, low-code, and AI tools.
  • Ability to write scripts, scrape data, or prototype independently.
  • Experience in the creator economy, marketplaces, or consumer platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition Channel Testing
  • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels across paid, organic, partnerships, product-driven, and unconventional sources.
  • Design and run rapid experiments to evaluate channel viability and ROI.
  • Build scrappy MVPs to validate ideas before significant investment.
  • Continuously prioritize experiments based on impact, effort, and learning velocity.
  • Funnel Optimization & Conversion
  • Own key parts of the growth funnel from first touch through activation.
  • Identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities to improve conversion rates.
  • Design, ship, and iterate on experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, sign-up flows, and activation loops.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to implement changes quickly.
  • Referral, Word-of-Mouth & Growth Loops
  • Design and launch referral programs for creators and fans.
  • Identify and amplify natural sharing and word-of-mouth behaviors within the product.
  • Build growth loops that connect acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Test incentives, mechanics, and messaging to improve viral coefficient and retention.
  • AI, Automation & Technical Experimentation
  • Continuously experiment with cutting-edge AI tools and workflows to accelerate growth.
  • Use AI for rapid prototyping, experimentation, content generation, personalization, and analysis.
  • Build automations to reduce manual work and increase experimentation velocity.
  • Comfortably vibe code, stitch tools together, and prototype solutions independently.
  • Leverage scraping, APIs, agents, and internal tooling to unlock new growth ideas.
  • Stay on the frontier of emerging AI capabilities and apply them pragmatically to real growth problems.
  • Data-Driven Execution
  • Use data to identify opportunities, evaluate experiments, and guide decisions.
  • Build or maintain dashboards, queries, and analyses to track growth performance.
  • Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning goals for every experiment.
  • Translate insights into next actions quickly.
