About The Position

To design, develop, and maintain GRC-related applications, integrations, and data pipelines, with a focus on automation, analytics, and ServiceNow GRC platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. Required
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development, data engineering, or GRC technology solutions. Required
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment, build, and foster relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Ability to anticipate and respond to changing priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic demand-based environment, requiring extreme flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in software development languages for automation and integration & APIs: REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML for system connectivity.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Power BI and/ or ServiceNow Performance Analytics for dashboard creation.
  • ServiceNow GRC: Configuration, scripting, custom application development, and integration with external data sources.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements including FFIEC, SOX, PCI DSS, GLBA and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

  • Perform development, configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support GRC processes.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain API and/or ETL processes, data pipeline, and reporting solutions for GRC data analytics including ServiceNow GRC AI governance and model integration.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into risk, compliance, and control performance.
  • Support the automation of evidence collection and control testing processes.
  • Optimize ServiceNow GRC configurations and performance for scalability and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC and data engineering pipelines.
  • Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
  • Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
  • May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

  • The pay range for this role is $89,000.00 - $150,000.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
  • The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
