About The Position

We’re seeking a full-time Senior Graphic Designer for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The Graphic Designer will be a member of SHEIN Creative team. They will be the editor managing our ecommerce product, and creating our digital assets for shop pages, social media, and marketing materials. The right candidate is an expert in graphic design, will have great attention to detail, a good eye for selecting photographic images, photo editing and retouching, and be methodical in their work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art, Graphic Design or Digital Design, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of digital design experience within a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably fashion e-commerce
  • Must have a portfolio of work that shows strong understanding of editing, retouching, digital design trends, and online visual communication
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and InDesign in a Mac environment
  • Understand photography lighting, colors and levels
  • Must be able to work as a team member, but also be resourceful as a self-starter. Extremely detail-oriented, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, managing many projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Highly creative web page layout. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the creative and merch teams to manage digital assets for brand landing pages and ecommerce pdp, as well as assisting with social assets and other creative materials
  • Maintain brand look in feel under the supervision of the Lead Graphic Designer
  • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams, merch and studio and post production
  • Keep up-to-date with trends, photography, fashion, and social media worlds
  • Image selection for day to day shoots
  • Create guidelines for post editing
