About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer position will serve as a lead designer for the Club and will work with the Director - Design Services and Creative Team to conceptualize and design projects across the entire organization. Primarily, the position will support digital aspects for Ticket Sales and Fan Engagement efforts through the ideation and design of forward-thinking creative concepts, ad campaigns and graphic elements that maintain the continuity of the Brewers brand across the entire marketing mix. This position will also work interdepartmentally with other areas such as Special Events, Retail, Media Relations, etc. Creativity, hard work, positive attitude, strong attention to detail and dedication are musts.

Requirements

Must be highly creative, possess strong initiative and be detail-oriented
A portfolio that demonstrates effective communication design strategies and standards in work
Strong communication skills and be able to provide clear direction and concise feedback when reviewing work
Good copywriting instincts and proofreading skills
Exceptional ability with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is necessary
Photo editing experience using Lightroom
Ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Adept knowledge of baseball and/or sports
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts and/or related field along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in same field

Nice To Haves

Basic digital animation experience/knowledge a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Work with the Creative team to annually review and enhance/develop the brand identity and season-long look for the Club
Play a leading role in the conceptualization and development of creative concepts and design solutions for key Club initiatives and higher-profile marketing and branding communications
Responsible for the design of marketing, advertising and branding materials, such as, but not limited to: Digital Advertising—heavy emphasis Social Media Print Outdoor Direct Mail Signage In-Stadium Graphics Promotional Items/Packaging Sales Collateral
Participate in brainstorming sessions for advertising and video campaigns and other advertising/marketing efforts for the Club
Participate in cross-functional committee meetings for key Club initiatives, representing the Design Team as the lead designer
Foster strong working relationships with vendors, printers, and team photographer
Assist with planning and execution of photo shoots
Manage seasonal Graphic Design Intern
