About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead original visual concepts and campaign-level creative in collaboration with our creative, account, and client teams. This strategic role requires 5+ years of agency or agency-like experience and the ability to lead complex, multi-channel initiatives with confidence and clarity. About You You bring seasoned agency experience and a refined creative point of view. You’re confident in your design decisions and can articulate the strategy behind them. You thrive in a collaborative environment but are equally comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward independently. You can manage multiple high-priority assignments without sacrificing attention to detail or creative integrity, and you’re comfortable presenting work to clients, incorporating feedback thoughtfully, and mentoring junior designers to elevate the overall quality of work across the team. You always, always care about the appearance and effectiveness of the final product — no matter the platform or audience. About Us We’re a full-service agency with offices in Des Moines, Sioux Falls and Portland. At the heart of our success has always been human creativity. The role of brilliant individuals, and their original ideas, remains just as relevant today as when we opened our doors 40 years ago. That’s why we continue to take care of our own like we take care of our clients.
