About The Position

The Senior Graphic Designer shapes the visual identity of Dr. Killigan’s, turning ideas into visuals that are intelligent, compelling, and unmistakably on-brand. You’ll master landing pages, email layouts, ecommerce design, typography, brand systems, and paid social creative, particularly Facebook ads optimized for performance. Collaborating with the Marketing Director, lifecycle team, project manager, and creative partners, you’ll evolve the brand as we grow from a fast-paced DTC company into a household-name product line. You’ll own key creative outputs while helping define and scale the visual systems that support our growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related role; DTC or ecommerce experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and modern prototyping tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in landing page design, e-commerce/web UI design, email design, and paid social creative (particularly Facebook ads)
  • Strong command of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems
  • Ability to design for performance while maintaining high aesthetic and brand standards
  • Portfolio showcasing polished, relevant work across web, email, paid media, branding, and campaigns
  • Experience designing content for social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Ability to translate strategic direction and business objectives into clear, compelling visual solutions
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Genuine interest in mission-driven, non-toxic, and sustainable living—or the curiosity to develop one

Responsibilities

  • Brand Design & Art Direction: Elevate and evolve Dr. Killigan’s brand aesthetic across digital and physical touchpoints, including physical packaging, advertising channels, web, email, social media, and more Turn big ideas into clear, eye-catching visuals
  • E-commerce & Web Design: Design high-converting landing pages, web banners, and help to improve the onsite experiences for our Shopify store. Portfolio required Collaborate with the team to deliver polished, responsive layouts that balance beauty and performance Design A+ content and banners for our Amazon storefront, carrying Dr. Killigan's brand identity into this VIP sales channel.
  • Email & Lifecycle Creative: Design email templates and campaign creatives that combine direct response, branding, and strong visual design Maintain visual consistency across lifecycle flows, weekly sends, and key activations Contribute copywriting expertise to enhance email designs
  • Paid Media Creative: Concept and design thumb-stopping ads optimized for direct-response performance Deliver variations and iterations for testing, grounded in best practices for CTR, hook structure, and visual hierarchy
  • Campaigns, Launches & Sales: Develop full creative suites for product launches, seasonal activations, and large-scale campaigns Collaborate with project management to ensure timely and accurate asset delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Dr. Killigan’s team to bring ideas to life with clarity, accuracy, and excellence Participate in weekly syncs and provide updates on creative timelines, blockers, and deliverables
  • Ownership & System Building: Contribute to brand guidelines, creative SOPs, and scalable design systems Champion consistency while enabling experimentation and growth
