About The Position

We’re taking on the crusty global cyber market, the "no-BS" security platform for devs. In the past, only large enterprises needed to worry about security. Today,cybersecurity has become the top concern of 75% of all CEOs, from startups to enterprises. This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it’s hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido. We are the no-bullsht security platform that developers actually like to use. One central platform that shows devs what matters and how to fix it, so they can get back to building. Why work with us? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help shape how the world sees Aikido. You’ll lead design for new launches, campaigns, brand assets, and creative projects that bring our “no-BS security” brand to life, across every channel where developers, partners, and customers meet us. This role isn’t about endless decks or pixel-pushing. It’s about crafting clean, striking visuals that make complex security ideas instantly clear and unmistakably Aikido.

Requirements

5+ years of design experience, ideally in tech, SaaS, or developer-focused brands.
Strong portfolio showing brand, campaign, and digital design work (not just web).
Experience creating high-quality static content for multiple platforms.
Fluent in Figma, it’s your go-to.
Ability to work fast, stay organized, and ship polished work with minimal fluff.
Collaborative mindset, able to lead, give direction, and manage externals, agencies, and junior designers.

Familiarity with the rebrand process, product design intuition

Responsibilities

Drive creative direction for launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Design assets across digital, print, event, and social channels (think: website visuals, ads, product graphics, and campaign collateral).
Elevate and evolve Aikido’s brand identity (yes, a big rebrand is in order), ensuring everything we ship looks cohesive, sharp, and no-BS.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and partnerships on visual storytelling and go-to-market materials.
Manage design projects end-to-end: from concept and briefing to delivery, feedback, and iteration.
Help define and maintain scalable design systems and visual standards as we grow globally.
