About The Position

Amazing Brands is seeking a highly talented and driven Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director to support creative execution across our portfolio of brands, including Pinkbox Doughnuts, Siegel’s Bagelmania, and Piero’s Italian Cuisine. This is a highly hands-on role. The majority of this position’s time will be spent actively designing—creating assets, building campaigns, and producing high-quality creative across all channels. In addition to execution, this role will also provide creative direction and oversight, helping guide the visual identity of the brands and managing a small internal team of designers. The right candidate will be equally comfortable executing at a high level while also setting direction and maintaining standards across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (multi-brand or agency experience preferred)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level execution across multiple formats
  • Experience managing or mentoring designers preferred
  • Ability to balance hands-on design with light creative direction responsibilities
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital, print, signage, and promotional design
  • Strong design skills and attention to detail
  • Speed, efficiency, and ability to execute under tight timelines
  • Ownership mentality and accountability
  • Ability to take direction and also contribute ideas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a high volume of creative assets across digital, print, in-store, and advertising channels
  • Develop layouts, promotional materials, menus, signage, social content, and campaign assets
  • Execute creative quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Step in on priority or high-visibility projects to ensure top-tier output
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across typography, layout, and overall design quality
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across all brands
  • Translate business objectives into clear, compelling visual ideas
  • Help define the look, feel, and visual direction for campaigns and in-store execution
  • Ensure all creative is on-brand, consistent, and commercially effective
  • Directly manage and support a team of two Graphic Designers
  • Assign projects, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and approvals on design work
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all creative output from the team
  • Help maintain and enforce brand standards across all concepts
  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints
  • Continuously refine and elevate visual execution while staying true to each brand
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to execute campaigns and promotions
  • Support ongoing creative needs tied to pricing, promotions, and operational initiatives
  • Assist with creative for new store openings and key brand initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver high-quality work on tight timelines
  • Help improve workflows and systems to increase efficiency and output
